Hear Her Stories is a media and storytelling platform focused on women’s stories, leadership, and global issues. We publish original and curated editorial content, features, and campaigns.

You grant Hear Her Stories a non exclusive, worldwide, royalty free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, translate, distribute, and display the submission in connection with our site and mission, including for promotional purposes.

We are not required to publish any submission, and we may edit for clarity, length, safety, or legal reasons.

If you participate in an interview or agree to be featured, additional written terms may apply, including consent, credits, and approvals. Those terms supplement these Terms where applicable.

If the site includes payment or donation features, payments may be processed by third party providers. We do not store full payment card details. Any campaign specific terms or refund policies will be presented at the time of payment.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hear Her Stories and its team from claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising from your use of the site, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms.

We may update the site or these Terms from time to time. The Last updated date reflects the most recent changes. Your continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
